Thank you for visiting our website on the modernisation and refurbishment of 55 Baker Street.
55 Baker Street is a seven-storey office building in Marylebone, Westminster. The building was originally built in the 1950s and underwent a number of changes over the years. These changes included new frontages, the building’s façade, and internal layouts.
London + Regional Properties – the building’s owners – are proposing a modernisation programme to refurbish the building and make it fit for the future.
This will include improving workspaces inside, incorporating on-site renewables to make the building greener and reduces its emissions, creating external amenity spaces, and a range of other refurbishment works.
We are consulting the local community on our modernisation programme and will be holding an drop-in exhibition to provide more details on the refurbishment.
